At CaniPaw, we want you and your pet to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include all tags, accessories, and documentation

  • Be in resalable condition

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns requested after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items

  • Clearance items

  • Products discounted by 30% or more

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Used, damaged, or altered items

  • Gift cards

CUSTOMER REMORSE RETURNS

If you ordered the wrong item or changed your mind, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Once approved, CaniPaw will, at our discretion:

  • Send a replacement item, or

  • Issue a full refund

There will be no additional charge to the customer for approved defective or incorrect products.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

REFUNDS

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days.

  • Financial institutions may require additional processing time before funds appear in your account.

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you require a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.

RESTOCKING FEE

No restocking fee will be charged for approved returns.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card provider.

  3. Contact your financial institution.
